The Cosrx AHA BHA Clarifying Treatment Toner maintains the optimal pH value of the skin or in balance. The natural ideal pH value of the skin is 5.5. With the soft and skin-neutral formula, the toner has a refreshing and moisturizing effect while preventing the formation of milia and blackheads.

The Cosrx AHA BHA Clarifying Treatment Toner formula uses mineral-rich water (as opposed to purified water) to revitalize the skin. The natural AHA ensures an even complexion in terms of skin color and the natural BHA smoothes the skin. The toner is suitable for all skin types; also for sensitive skin types. This unique product is a combination of toner and exfoliator.

Application
